- Oakland Livingston Human Service Agency, OLHSA, is a Community Action Agency (CAA). OLHSA is part of a network of 1,000 Community Action Agencies across the country, 29 in Michigan, that address the causes and conditions of poverty in our local communities and work to give the community a voice.
- Located in Oakland and Livingston Counties, OLHSA, provides early childhood services throughout Oakland County.
- OLHSA service lines include weatherization, early childhood services, financial capability, housing counseling, energy assistance, nutritional support, medically fragile and elderly supports, and more.
- OLHSA provides emergency services and works toward long term poverty solutions such as workforce development, asset building, and multi-generational learning.
